Document Description
The proposed project consists of a use permit application for the amount and type of use on the subject property together with associated onsite and offsite infrastructure improvements. An existing wetland preserve, developed as part of Phase 1 of the Napa Logistics Park Project, would be maintained. Total buildout potential would be 2,271,000 sf of warehouse, distribution, E-commerce, manufacturing, and accessory retail/office on 173 acres.
