Document Description
The proposed project entails subdividing the remaining 176 acres to facilitate the development of industrial uses, infrastructure, and wetland preservation areas (Phase II). Total buildout potential would be 2,271,000 sf of warehouse, distribution, E-commerce and accessory retail/office uses. Actual floor area will vary depending on the design of the individual buildings which may include multiple stories. Building height would vary with a maximum of 100 feet above finished grade. The proposed buildings would consists of concrete tilt-up panel construction. Rail spurs may be provided to serve the proposed buildings.
