Document Description
The proposed project will place 96 cubic yards of rock slope protection (RSP) on the northern bank of Saint Helena Creek under the existing bridge. The RSP will be placed over a 60 feet by 25 feet area of which 60 feet by 7 feet are located within the streambed. The RSP will consist of a RSP fabric, a 2-foot small rock layer and a 5 to 6 foot one ton rock layer. An access road will be constructed at the northeast section of the proposed project.
