Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to place rock slope protection at the foundation of the Saint Helena Creek Bridge, Bridge No. 14-0052, on State Route 29 at post mile 0.17 in Lake County. All work will occur at one location within the Caltrans right of way. Approximately 0.034 acres of rock slope protection (RSP) will be placed at the base of the bridge structure. Accessing the bridge foundation will require construction of a temporary access road. The temporary access road will utilize parts of an existing road. A portion of the access road will be on natural ground. Vegetation and tree removal will be required.
