The proposed Solano Square Project consists of the development of approximately 78,000 sf of commercial uses on the 6.42 acre project site. The proposed project would consist of the development of two new commercial buildings: an inline structure with two tenant spaces located in the western portion of the site and a freestanding pad along Solano Avenue. The proposed project would have two full access points with Solano Avenue. Solano Avenue would be improved at the southernmost access point to provide a northbound left turn pocket and a southbound right turn pocket. Improvements would be made to the existing baseball diamond immediately south of the project site, including the installation of retractable nets and lighting.
