Document Description
The project would demolish the existing car wash use and construct a new 4-story, 52-unit residential condominium development with a 35% density bonus request under the State Density Bonus Law and one-level of underground parking. The project includes a tentative parcel map to create 52 condo lots. For the rear portions of the project site (1101 El Camino Real West) and adjacent site (1141 El Camino Real West), the project also proposes a General Plan Map Amendment to modify the land use designation from Medium Low-Density Residential to Mixed-Use Corridor and a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the rear portions of the lots from R2-9sd (One and Two-Family Residential Special Design) to CRA (Commercial/Residential-Arterial).
