A use permit to allow agricultural truck parking for up to 10 trucks and employees personal vehicles; associated repair and maintenance of those trucks; and the addition of a 10,000 gallon above-ground fuel storage tank on approximately 3-acres of a 21.90 acre parcel. This property is developed with a 8,000 sf metal building, a 4,000 sf metal building, and an approximately 200 sf building with a bathroom. Truck repair will occur in the 4,000 sf building and the 8,000 sf building will be used for equipment storage. The repairs and maintenance will be performed by the business owners or drivers. No additional structures are proposed and no office is proposed in conjunction with the agricultural truck parking.
