Document Description
The Draft 2014-2022 Housing Element addresses housing needs and opportunities for the 2014-2022 planning period, as required by State Planning Law. The Town of Hillsborough's housing allocation requires that the Town plan for 91 new units between 2014 and 2022, including 49 lower income, 21 moderate income and 21 higher income homes/sites. The Draft Housing Element is a policy level document that provides direction for the implementation of programs to accommodate the housing needs of projected population growth, and to encourage the production of housing units in a range of prices affordable to all income groups.
