Document Description
The request is for the approval of a Parcel Map for the division of a 19.2-acre property into two parcels being 10 acres (Parcel 1) and 9.2 acres (Parcel 2) in size. Each of the parcels will be serviced by individual septic systems and private wells. Current development on the property consists of one existing single-family residence, accessory structures, a water well, and a septic system, all of which will be located on Proposed Parcel 1. Proposed Parcel 2 will have an individual septic system and a water well. Access to proposed Parcel 2 will be through a new encroachment off of Gas Point Road.
