Document Description
A proposal to subdivide a 4.69 acre residential property into two lots. The property has been completely disturbed and areas of the site were used in the past for agricultural purposes. A single family home and detached garage presently exist in the southerly half of the property and will be contained within proposed Parcel 2 of the subdivision. Future development of the property will involve grading to create a level building pad and access driveway for proposed Parcel 1 and ultimately potential development of a single-family residence.
