Document Description
Monsenor Oscar Romero Charter School currently occupies classrooms and offices in bungalow buildings and the main classroom building on the Berendo Middle School campus. The proposed project will provide a permanent facility for MORCS on a 1.1-acre site at the northeast corner of Berendo Middle School. It will accommodate 405 middle school students in grade 6 to 8. The proposed project includes the construction of a classroom building with 16 classrooms, an administration building, a multi-purpose building with lunch shelter, and underground parking. Existing uses on the project site, including bungalow buildings, surface parking, and a basketball court, will be removed to accommodate the proposed project.
