Document Description
The proposed project involves the de-construction of seven single-family residences located at 1009 Palos Verdes Drive West. Following the deconstruction, measures to secure the underlying slopes would occur including re-grading and hydro seeding with coastal vegetation native to the area. In addition, berms would be constructed and sump pumps installed as needed in order to provide drainage for the area. The proposed project would also involve a General Plan amendment, Local Coastal Program, amendment, and Zone Change to designate the properties from Single Family Residential (R-1) to Open Space (OS).
