CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2015-0096-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Caltrans. The Project involves installing pipe seat extenders at two bridge deck hinge points to increase flexibility and strengthening the foundation by encasing the interior columns with a layer of reinforced concrete.
