Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is considering approval of a Draft Final Response Plan (RP) pursuant to Health and Safety Code, Division 20, Chapter 6.82 as submitted on July 30, 2014 on behalf of Caruso Acquisition Co. LLC. The proposed project consists of the remediation of contaminated soil and soil vapor, and in-situ bio enhancement and monitoring of groundwater associated with the property located at 1045 Swarthmore Avenue, in the community of Pacific Palisades, City of Los Angeles, California (Figure 1). The project would be implemented in Substances Control (DTSC). The DTSC and the project sponsor, CAH Acquisition Co., LLC, will enter into an agreement, pursuant to the California Land Reuse and Revitalization Act (CLRRA) of 2004. Pursuant to the CLRRA agreement CAH Acquisition Co., LLC, a prospective project purchaser, will agree to perform those actions necessary to remediate the project Site as set forth in the RP.
