Document Description
The project proposes the division of a 55.72 acre parcel into four parcels, Parcel (A) 7.62 acres, Parcel (B) 27.67 acres, Parcel (C) 10.19 acres and Parcel (D) 10.24 acres. The proposed Parcel (A) area is currently improved with a stock pond, single family residence, pool, pump house, well & on-site septic disposal system, graveled driveway and a number of corral fencing. Proposed Parcel (B) is improved with a single family residence, 3 pole barns, barn with overhang, 4 sheds, shop, well & pump house, 3 stock ponds, arena, well septic system, graveled driveway and a number of corral fencing. Parcel (C) & Parcel (D) are both unimproved. The project site is in the Rural Residential zone and the Residential land use. There is an existing 60 foot wide non-exclusive access and public utility easement, which is improved with a 20 foot wide, gravel road that provides access from Silva Road.
