Proposed construction of 24 affordable housing units ranging in size from approximately 1,080 sf to 1,350 sf (dispersed within 4 separate buildings of approximately 7,000 sf each - 6 units per building), an approximately 500 sf management office, carports, and approximately 38,700 sf of impervious surface coverage (driveway access, parking, walkways, and patios). The proposal also includes the removal of approximately 583 oak and 133 Monterey pine trees, and associated grading of approximately 6,100 cubic yards (cut and fill).
