Document Description
A Caltrans highway encroachment permit will be issued for the installation of a left-turn and center-turn lane on highway SR 1 68; just east of Cerro Coso College Center. This permit only applies to work within Caltrans' highway right-of-way. Caltrans' comments on Inyo County's Draft IS-MND resulted in the County's incorporation of the above work as part of the SCE project. These measures are mitigation for increased traffic turn movements, on State Route 168. An Addendum to the IS-MND (June 2019) includes measures to be followed for the above described work. Caltrans concurs with these measures.
