Document Description
The proposed project involves the demolition of the existing 76 Gasoline Service Station, automotive repair facility, and food mart and the construction of a 2,251 square-foot, 26-foot high Dunkin' Donuts Restaurant with an outdoor seating area and a drive-thru lane. The development would require a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in order to permit the business to operate prior to 6:00 a.m. within 150 feet of residential uses. The proposed hours of operation are Monday through Sunday from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The project site is listed on a list of hazardous materials sites (by the State Water Resources Control Board) compiled pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5.
