Document Description
The Los Banos Unified School District plans to construct and operate a second middle school to serve students on the south side of Los Banos. The Site is proposed for a 15.42 acre parcel south of Prairie Springs Drive, East of Badger Flat Road and West of Ortigalita Road and will consist of 77,084 sf of new construction. To the north of the site is a Target Shopping Center; residential development surrounds the remainder of the site. The Site is proposed to be developed with 33 classrooms, gymnasium with kitchen and locker room facilities, administrative and auxiliary spaces to serve up to 980 students in grade 7-8, library, outdoor amphitheater, five basketball courts, two baseball fields, and a football/soccer field surrounded by track. The parking lot will have 136 slots.
