Document Description
The project entails construction and operation of a 29,000 sf performing arts center (PAC) with a 502-seat performance theater; a 120-seat black box theater; a detached ticket office; two-classrooms (drama and scene shop); and accessory office, labs, studios, and storage areas. The two classrooms would add 54 seats to the school's enrollment capacity, and the project would result in a new theater program at OHS. The new facility would be available for community use via the Civic Center Act and may operate approximately 100 events per year outside of school hours. The project would be funded by Proposition H bond proceeds.
