The project would replace the existing stadium with a new track, field, and bleachers oriented east-west. The project would install an artificial turf field; replace the existing 4,100 seat bleachers with 4,000 seat bleachers; replace and modernize the stadium field lights; add a block wall along the south site boundary; replace the existing parking lots onsite with driveways and two new parking lots with a total 377 parking spaces; and build a two-story, 20,000 sf field house with ticket booths, concession stands, locker rooms, restrooms, and storage space. The second story would house a kitchen, restrooms, and a 320 seat multipurpose banquet room.
