Document Description
The proposed project involves the construction of an approximately 446,000 gsf multi-level parking structure on an approximately 3-acre site. The existing surface parking lot P756 located on-site would be replaced by a multi-level parking structure designed to accommodate a minimum of 1,200 parking spaces. The proposed ECPS 2 is necessary in order to ensure that access to facility and parking needs are adequately met in the ECHS Neighborhood. The proposed project design would include implementation of a chilled water (CHW) Thermal Energy Storage (TES) tank that would be located within the ECPS 2. The current need is for one 1.2 million gallon tank, with the ability to build future capacity for an additional 1.2 million gallon tank.
