Document Description
San Diego Gas & Electric proposes to construct and operate an approximately 16.7-mile long 230 Kilavolt transmission line between the Sycamore Canyon and Penasquitos Substations. The transmission line would be located within the Cities of Poway and San Diego and a short segment is located on Marine Corps Air Station Miramar. The proposed power line would include approximately 13.9 miles of overhead line on new tubular steel poles and existing steel towers and 2.8 miles of underground line within Carmel Valley Road.
