Document Description
The Project proposes to develop 399 single-family residential lots with a proposed density of 3.4 dwelling units per acre along with a sports park and open space on 168.3 gross acre site. The Project proposes several offsite improvements including traffic signals and improvements to the sewer and water system. The Project also proposes to annex all portions of the Project site into the Jurupa Community Services District water and sewer service areas.
