Document Description
Project would expand and optimize recycled water production and distribution system within and between ten public water and wastewater agencies in northern San Diego County to increase efficiency of recycled water use and match supplies with demands. It would also include potable reuse. The project would construct pipelines, pumping stations, water treatment plants, and other facilities to produce and deliver recycled for potable and non-potable purposes. Cities in Project Area include: Encinitas, Carlsbad, Escondido, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos and Solano Beach. There are 157 public schools within Project Area.
