Document Description
Site Access Agreement at Site SPN (listed on Attachment 1) allows for implementation of the LMR System which consists of installation of antennas on a new 18-foot tall tower and supporting radio equipment in a new shelter for Site SPN. The environmental impacts of project implementation at this site were evaluated in an EIR certified by the LA-RICS JPA Board on March 29, 2016. There have been no changes to the project or to the circumstances under which the project is undertaken since that approval that would require new analysis or mitigation under CEQA.
