Document Description
The proposed project is intended to improve the Preserve, decrease fire risk, encourage diverse habitat for species, and conserve the inherent conservation values of the property. MPUD will work with Sierra Foothill Conservancy, a regional 501 (c) 3, and Sierra Nevada Conservancy, a state agency, to implement the project. The project includes; clearing under brush and protecting existing stands of Ponderosa Pines.
