Document Description
This document is prepared as an Addendum to a previously adopted Mitigation Negative Declaration for the Media Center Project, SCH No. 2014081021, which was adopted on October 7, 2014 by the El Monte City Planning Commission. The City is proposing to make minor technical revisions to the original approved project and intends to adopt an Addendum to the previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) in order comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for this proposed second tier project modification. The project modifications/changes are summarized in the following text. The formal action(s) that may be taken by the City consists of: eliminate the bridge over Rubio Wash and the connection to Rosemead Boulevard; reorient the loading docks at the warehouse; and provide an emergency access gate for emergency access into Driggs Avenue at the northern boundary of the project site.
