Document Description
The proposed project is a Tentative Tract Map (No. 49059) for six low density single-family residential lots (Lots 1 through 6), a cul-de-sac street on a 4.05 acre parcel, and an almost one-half acre lot that will be dedicated to the City as open space. The six lots are located on the west side of Meadowpass Road near the intersection of Pierre Road; the open space lot is on the east side of Meadowpass Road directly across from Lot 6. The project proposes no changes in the General Plan designation and zoning. The plans identify anticipated volumes of cut and fill and locations of retaining walls, culverts, and catch basins, all associated with the building pad, road and driveway construction. The project would require approximately 13,643 cubic yards of earthwork would be removed from the project site.
