The applicant proposes a gated 200 unit multi-family residential project on 20+/- acres adjacent to the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC), east of Condor Road, west of Utah Trail, and south of Condor Elementary School. The project includes 200 apartment units distributed in twenty-five (25) 8 unit, two story residential buildings. Amenities include a 9,309+\- sf recreation building, swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and playground and picnic areas. In addition to outdoor parking spaces, the project proposes 32 enclosed garage parking stalls, a maintenance building, onsite wastewater treatment "package plant," and storm water retention basin.
