The proposed project includes the demolition of a 2-story commercial building with approximately 5,357 sf of general office use and 5,357 sf of restaurant use, and the construction of a new 4-story building and three levels of subterranean parking with 117 parking spaces (and 34 spaces will be off-site), located at 900 Gayley Avenue and 10966-10974 Le Conte Avenue.
