The proposed project includes the demolition of a 2-story commercial building with approximately 5,357 sf of general office use and 5,357 sf of restaurant use, and the construction of a new 4-story building and three levels of subterranean parking with 117 parking spaces (and 34 spaces will be off-site), located at 900 Gayley Avenue and 10966-10974 Le Conte Avenue. The floor retail space. The project site will be comprised of 98.3% building area and 1.7% paved surfaces. Approximately 17,127 cubic yards of dirt will be exported from the site.
