Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Caltrans. The Project involves restoration of the Santa Margarita Creek bank where erosion has cut into the bank and will eventually threaten the northbound lane of US 101 which runs parallel to the creek. The work will require water diversion around the work area, vegetation removal, fill material and revegetation.
