Document Description
The project is the construction, operation, and maintenance of an unmanned wireless telecommunications facility, including a 50-foot tall monoeucalyptus (faux tree) cellular tower and 276 square foot equipment building in Embarcadero Marina Park South. The pole would be painted and texturized to resemble the trunk of a eucalyptus tree. The equipment building would match the architecture of the adjacent delicatessen and restroom buildings with a standing seam metal roof and texturized concrete block walls.
