Document Description
Construction, operation and maintenance of an unmanned wireless telecommunications facility and equipment room. Includes a 50-foot tall monoeucalyptus (faux tree) cellular tower. The pole would be painted and texturized to resemble the trunk of a eucalyptus tree. The cellular tower would include a total of 12 antennas and 12 remote radio heads, partially obstructed by the faux eucalyptus tree design and the existing eucalyptus trees in the area. The equipment room would be located on a poured-in-place concrete pad approx. 115 feet from cellular tower. The 276 sf equipment room would be 10-feet tall and match nearby delicatessen and restroom buildings, and include some storage space for the delicatessen.
