- Site Development Permit to update the North Course at Torrey Pines Golf Course (TPGC) in order to continue accommodating daily play, while improving overall conditions for professional tournament play. Improvements would include rebuilding the course's 18 green complexes, greenside bunkers, tee boxes, and practice green to meet U.S. Golf Association Standards. The existing fairway bunkers would also be relocated and rebuilt. Additional tee boxes would be added to accommodate the skill levels of all golfers. Numerous exotic trees would be removed and seven Torrey pine (Pinus torreyana) tree would be relocated on the course. A continuous cart path network would be added throughout the course.
