- CDFW is executing a transfer in permittee and a term extension of Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2008-0094-R4 (Agreement). The Project includes improvements to an existing 1.5 mile stretch of State Highway 1 that requires the installation of three culverts and three railcar bridges. The Agreement is being transferred from Patrick Whisler to the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District and the term of the Agreement is being extended to Dec. 31, 2017.
