Document Description
Construction of 81 detached single-family residential dwellings and related improvements throughout the 31.40 acre Project site. Residential improvements will consist of various plan types including multi-level structures, with wood or metal frame, stucco, reinforced masonry, or similar type of construction. Other improvements include the construction of landscape slopes, driveways, curb, sidewalk and gutter, paseos, storm drain improvements, wet and dry utilities, one infiltration basin, one extended detention basin and various open space lots to accommodate existing vegetation, wetlands and riparian preservation. Entrance to the site will be provided at Arnett Road and Stable Lanes Road.
