- The project proposes the grading, placement of riprap, construction of two outfalls structures, an overside drain, and fill of segments of an unnamed tributary to Temecula Creek. The Project is related to the effort to decrease erosive velocities immediately downstream of the Monte Verde Culvert. Riprap will be place up and downstream of the Culvert. The Project proposes to place Below Grade Riprap, Bankside Riprap and Exposed Riprap in the channel bottom
