Document Description
The proposed project involves replacement of the existing wood docking system comprising the Humphrey's Half Moon Inn and Suites (hotel) marina, as well as minor reconfiguration of the marina to support a new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant gangway. The proposed project, which is in support of a 10-year lease extension, will replace the existing wood docking system with a recycled aluminum docking system. In addition, a new ADA-compliant gangway will be installed near the main dock walkway to provide ADA access to the marina.
