Document Description
Install a gate, signs and rock barriers at Donner Memorial State Park to protect park resources and for public information. Work will:
* Excavate with a backhoe, four holes 12" in diameter x approximately 36" deep; place one 6" x 6" post in each hole, fill with concrete. Install two 96" x 120" information/regulation signs on the posts located at the entrance gates accessing Coldstream and Lakeview Canyons.
* Excavate with a auger, four holes 1.5' in diameter x approximately 2 - 3" in depth; place one 6" x 6" post in each hole, fill with concrete. Install two 3' x 4' Cold Creek floodplain interpretive signs on the post located on the floodplain restoration overlook trail.
