The project involves the installation of a new 81' x 84' modular trailer on Facility A, removal of an exercise yard concrete block wall, removal of a yard separation concrete block wall and installation of a chain link yard separation security fence with pedestrian gate, construction of a sidewalk and construction of security fencing to enclose the trailer on A Facility. Existing utilities will be extended to the building and minor trenching will be required.
