A Conditional Use Permit, Coastal Develpment Permit and Special Permit to improve trails on Cha-GAH-Cho (CGC), a property owned by the McKinleyville Land Trust. The trail is intended for walking, dog walking and jogging as well as wildlife watching and educational use. Features include an information kiosk, entrance and mileage signs, bicycle racks, dogipots, benches, fencing and a removable locked gate. A Special Permit is required for an exception to the parking requirements, tree removal and the location of a fence within a riparian/wetland buffer area.
