Document Description
A modification and two-year extension to the Coastal Development Permit and Special Permit (CDP-01-24/SP-01-92) approved October 17, 2002 in association with the second phase of the Shadowbrook Subdivision. The blanket coastal development permit is for construction of one single family residence each on 34 lots within the subdivision. The project also includes a proposal to allow for placement of a bridge over a streamside management area to provide access to lot 49. All lots will be served with community water and sewer. The modification includes the removal of 12 Monterey Pine trees from the road right of way which constitutes major vegetation removal in the coastal zone.
