Document Description
The project purpose is to install a 52"L x 24"W x 12'H modular home west of the Basalt Campground on an existing 120'L x 60"W concrete trailer pad, add a 20'L x 8"W x 5'H deck to the home over the existing concrete pad, and install a shed and carport on an existing 40'L x 20"W concrete parking area. Current power and water will be relocated utilizing an existing 17'L x 2"W x 4'D trench on the north end of the site.
