The extension of this 30" pipeline will be approximately 1,000 feet and will travel north on Pepper Avenue under the 210 Freeway overpass to Highland Avenue. The project allows the District to enhance its distribution system in order to effectively deliver water to its customers. Th`is project does benefit the public.
