The project supplements Amargosa River trail access from China Ranch, a privately owned parcel, into the Amargosa Canyon on federally managed land, southward three miles along the wild stretch of the Wild and Scenic Amargosa River (including various amenitites and other improvements at the trailhead, selective removal of invasive species and surveys for federally listed birds, and periodic maintenance).
