Document Description
The project is to replace an existing comfort station constructed in 1963 which is in disrepair and no longer meets current building codes and accessibility standards. Installation of the new restroom will entail replacing the foundation by excavating an area corresponding to the building measuring 19.8'L x 19'W x 5"D, laying base rock and pouring a new concrete foundation. A prefabricated building measuring will be placed on the new pad. Water and electrical stub out connections may need ti be relocated to accommodate the new utility connections.
