- The Project is the transfer of governance over all or a portion of 22 unimproved parcels in a planned 502 parcel residential subdivision from the Murrieta Valley Unified School District to the Menifee Union School District and the Perris Union High School District. The remaining 480 unimproved parcels in the planned residential subdivision are presently within the jurisdiction of the Menifee Union School District and the Perris Union High School District.
