Document Description
The project is limited to one stream encroachment with the following activities: 1) construct an approximate 125-foot segment of a paved Class 1 trail system across Jolly Giant Creek (approximately 10 feet wide with 2-foot shoulder), 2) raise the height of an existing concrete headwell associated with the culvert inlet at Alliance Road approximately 2 feet, and 3) install a roadway channel drain under the trail that would outfall on the stream bank approximately 30 feet from the channel.
