The Project includes activities related to the replacement of a high-pressure gas pipeline that crosses Avenal Creek. The Amendment inlcudes a correction to the length of pipeline that will be removed and of the size of the are impacted by Project activities, and describes the removal of the existing pipeline instead of the original proposal to abandon the pipeline in place.
